Terms & Condition - Spartan Poker

1. Game Bonus can only be used on poker cash tables (not in tournaments).

2. It may also be specific to certain Games, Stakes, and Tables.

3. Any winnings from the Game Bonus bet are always in cash.

4. Game Bonus can only be utilized on stakes of 10/20 & above of Texas Holdem NL Tables

5. One time use per player

6. Game Bonus has an expiration period which would be specific to a offer. The expiration date can be viewed while logged in to the game client.

7. A player needs to generate 10% of VIP points of Bonus Money awarded. For Eg: player deposits Rs.10,000/- & gets 1000 Bonus Money, the player needs to generate 100 comp points to withdraw.

1) All bonuses will be paid in Bonus Money.

2) A player needs to generate 10% of VIP points of Bonus Money awarded. For Eg: player deposits Rs.10,000/- & gets 1000 Bonus Money, the player needs to generate 100 comp points to withdraw.

4) In case of any dispute, Spartan Poker will have the final binding decision.

1. The tournament(s) is a game of skill & people having the necessary skill may take part in the tournament.

2. The tournament(s) is available online only.

3. Your participation in any tournament(s) is valid after submitting the "Buy - in" money as specified in the tournament.

4. Whenever there would be a guaranteed prize to the winners, the same would be divided amongst the winners based on the number of players who have entered the tournament(s). The number of the players participating in the tournament(s) can be checked on the tournament lobby.

5. The winner must provide their images, video and interview for media bytes.

6. Quadrific Media Private Limited reserves the right to properly identify the person winning the tournament(s) before giving out the tournament prize

7. In case of any tax liabilities on tournament(s) prize money/ of any sort and at any stage, those shall be borne exclusively by the winner/s. It is clearly understood that Quadrific Media Private Limited shall not be liable to bear any such expense/ taxes under any circumstances.

8. All disputes will be addresses under the jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai only.

1. Player cannot convert free tickets they have got from deposit codes.

2. Only one free ticket per Tournament will be awarded to the player by deposit code. If player uses deposit code multiple times, the additional tickets will not be valid & will be deleted.

3. If player is awarded a ticket from a Deposit Code or Contest & then wins a ticket from a Satellite. The second ticket can be converted to Tournament Money.

4. If player is awarded a ticket from a Satellite & then get a free ticket through a Deposit Code or Contest. The second ticket would not be valid & will be deleted by the system.

5. All ticket conversions will happen only after the tournament has ended.

6. Withdrawal criteria for all free tickets will be 10% of the ticket value in VIP Points. (Unless specified otherwise)

7. Tickets can only be used to Re-Enter. Tickets cannot be used to Re-Buy into tournaments

1. In case of any disputes, Quadrific Media Private Limited will have the final binding decision. Quadrific Media Private Limited reserves the right to amend or cancel or end any Promotions/Offers/Tournaments/Contest without giving prior notice, reason or justification

2. People aged 18 years and above can take part in the Promotions/Offers /Tournaments/Contest where it is legally permitted.

3. The Company reserves the exclusive right to extend, cancel, discontinue, prematurely withdraw, change, alter or modify any Promotion/offer/Tournament/Contest or any part thereof at its sole discretion, without any prior notice, at any time during its validity as may be required in view of business exigencies and/or changes by regulatory authority and/or statutory changes and shall be binding on the participants.

4. Participation in a Promotions/Offers/Tournaments/Contest shall be treated as unconditional acceptance by the participant to all the applicable terms and conditions mentioned herein.

5. The decision of the Company with respect to all aspects of a Promotions/Offers/Tournaments/Contest shall be final and binding and no correspondence shall be entertained in this regard.

6. All Promotions/Offers/Tournaments/Contest run on www. are under the sole purview of Quadrific Media Pvt Ltd. None of its affiliates and partners are in any way responsible or liable for the same.

7. All Promotions/Offers/Tournaments/Contest are open to Indian Residents only. Disqualified Participants may not enter in the Promotion.

8. Winners under the Promotions/Offers/Tournaments/Contest must mandatorily share PAN details and valid address proof in order to process the rewards. Without PAN details and valid address proof the rewards shall not be processed

9. Quadrific Media Private Limited shall process the rewards, prizes, winning amount etc. within a period of 15 working days. All prizes are subject to deduction of any applicable taxes, costs and /or levies and shall be exclusively borne by the Winner.

10. By providing your contact details you expressly authorise Quadrific Media Private Limited to contact you via Phone/SMS/Email for support related matters or production information.

11. The decision of the Company in respect of all transactions under any Promotions/Offers/Tournaments/Contest shall be final and binding and no correspondence shall be entertained in this regard.

12. Participation in any Promotions/Offers/Tournaments/Contest shall be treated as unconditional acceptance by the participant to all the applicable terms and conditions mentioned herein

13. The Promotions/Offers/Tournaments/Contest is subject to guidelines/directions issued by any relevant legal/statutory authority from time to time.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws, under no circumstance shall the company, its directors, employees or agents be liable to any user for personal injury, or any special, incidental, indirect, punitive or consequential damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits or revenues, goodwill, failure to transmit or receive any data, loss of confidential information, business interruption, loss of privacy, corruption or loss of data, failure to receive or backup the user's data (or archived data), for any cause of action, including contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise and any other loss whatsoever arising out of or in any way arising from or related to the Promotions/Offers/Tournaments/Contest, or following a failure, suspension or withdrawal of all or part of the Promotions/Offers/Tournaments/Contest at any time, any third party content, software or functions used in connection with the offer even if the Company or any or all of its agents have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

The participant agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Company, its subsidiaries, affiliates and agents and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, successors and assigns from and against any claim, proceeding, loss, damage, liability, cost, demand or expense (including but not limited to attorney's fees) of any kind arising out of: (I) any breach by the user of their obligations under these terms; (ii) User's violation of the rights of a third party, including but not limited to infringement of any intellectual property, proprietary right or trade secret of any person or entity, or of any privacy or consumer protection right that is implicated herein; (iii) any violation of law or contractual obligation and any claims, demands, notices pursuant to such violation; (iv) User's negligence or wilful misconduct.

17. The Company shall not be liable to the participant for any eventuality caused directly or indirectly by any act of God, wars (declared or undeclared), insurrections, acts of terrorism, acts of governments or boycotts, lockouts and other civil unrest, or any act of similar nature beyond the Company's reasonable control.

18. Even if one or more provisions of these terms are held to be unenforceable under applicable law(s), the remainder of these terms shall be valid and enforceable. These terms and conditions are governed by Indian Laws. All disputes arising out of this offer shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts at Mumbai.
