Online Poker next big thing for India

“Poker is relatively a new ‘sport’ in India… This, probably, explains the sudden spurt in numbers,” says Amin Rozani, founder of Spartan Poker, which claims to have over five lakh subscribers. “There are several platforms offering poker games… There could be at least 50 of them fully operational now. Most of these platforms get footfalls when they host high-stake tournaments.”
