Steps to Claim Rewards:

1. A player can redeem multiple prizes in a calendar month.

2. A player needs to send an email to “[email protected]” in order to redeem prizes.

3. Support will check to confirm if players have earned required VIP points for the prize requested.

4. Upon confirmation, said points will be removed from the player's account and the player will be notified of the points deduction and the requested prize will be shipped to the player, cash will be added to the player account.
