What is Windfall?

Simply put, think of a super-fast, 3-handed sit & go where you buy-in for any amount from Rs 5 to 1,000. All Windfall tournaments give players a starting stack of 500 chips and each tournament will feature a prize pool which is randomly assigned and paying out between 2 and 10,000 times the amount of your buy-in.

You can play up to 4 tournaments simultaneously in Windfall. Just select the buy-in amount you wish and the number of tournaments, click the 'Register' and you're on your way! After choosing your buy-in and the number of games you want to play, the tournament will begin once two other players have registered. As soon as a third player registers for the Windfall tournament you're in, a spinning wheel (located in the center of the table and visible to all players) will make a random draw to determine the size of the tournament prize pool. Once done, the first hand is dealt, and the assigned Windfall prize is now up for grabs!

Example: Let's say, you decide to register for a Rs 100 Windfall tournament. Once two other players have registered, the prize pool is randomly assigned and announced to players before the first card is dealt. The first-place prize will be multiplied between two and 10,000 times your buy-in, meaning you could turn Rs 100 into between Rs 200 and Rs 100,000!

Another variant of a windfall tournament is the Flip tournament. Wherein, all 3 players are ALL-IN, and the winner is the one with the winning hand.

Prizes and Probabilities:

Most Windfalls follow the winner-takes-all concept except in the two highest price levels. In these, Windfall tournaments, ALL players will get paid out i.e. 2nd place finisher will receive 20% and 3rd place finishers will receive 10% of the first-place prize.

Windfall Jackpot:

From every buy-in 1% goes towards the jackpot. This tournament Jackpot can trigger randomly at any time during your gameplay. Once the jackpot hits the 1^st place will receive the below:

2^nd place: 15%

3^rd place: 10%

The jackpot pool will be distributed as per the below stakes:

5/10 – 30%

50/100 – 60%

500/1000 – 100%.
